Tuition & Other Business

Registration Fee: $20 per family.  Waived for continuing and returning students.

Tuition: Varies per class. Tuition should be paid in full in advance of each session.  If you have financial difficulty, please contact us and we can work out a payment plan for you.

Tutoring is $25 per one-hour session, unless otherwise noted.   

Payment Methods:  You may pay directly from this site, or you may bring a check or cash to the first class.

Financial Aid:  This is available to any student who meets the financial hardship criteria.  Please see us for details.  If you are on financial aid, please be assured that your privacy will be respected.

Refund Policy:  We offer no refunds.  Please see us for extenuating circumstances.

Make-up Classes:  There are no make-up group classes and no refunds will be given for missed group classes.

Private tutoring can be rescheduled within one week of the missed class, by special arrangement with Out of the Box Learning & Arts, if a 2-hour minimum notice was given.

Parking:  Parking is limited.  Please be considerate of the other businesses within the center.

Student Requirements:  For student safety, progress, and enjoyment, students are expected to wear appropriate clothes, attend class regularly, and be on time.

Observation Policy:  Space is limited, so we ask that parents do not remain in the studio to observe.  However, there will be scheduled viewing days in which parents and other family members may see what we've been doing in class.

Photos:  Occasionally, Out of the Box Learning & Arts will have photos taken during class and performances.  Out of the Box Learning & Arts requests permission to print any photos of its students for studio decoration and promotion material, including posting on our website.  Please initial the appropriate box on the registration form to let us know whether or not you choose to participate.

Medical Information:  Out of the Box Learning & Arts cares about the safety and the well-being of our students.  Although we take the utmost care with our students in class, accidents and/or injuries may occur.  By completing this registration, you agree that Out of the Box Arts, Inc. and its teachers are not liable for personal injuries arising out of student participation in class or any other activity for Out of the Box Learning & Arts. 

Additionally, Out of the Box Learning & Arts and its teachers are free from liability with regard to any loss or damage to personal property.
